To get in touch, please use the form above, and please note that the Email and Title fields are mandatory. Accordingly, those fields possess an emphasised border and the Send Message button will remain disabled in the absence of valid input.

Should you wish to receive emails from us containing news items that we publish here, and notification of significant updates to this site and its underlying database, you should include the word 'subscribe' in the title of your message.

We do not send unsolicited mail, and we will not share your email address with third parties. Moreover, we will add you to our mailing list only on receipt of confirmation of your subscription-request from you. Given this, and should you request a subscription here, we will send an email to the address that you supply, requesting affirmation of that request. Please ignore that email should you wish to remain unsubscribed.

Should you choose to subscribe, please note that you can remove yourself from the mailing list by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link that will be present in all messages that we send to you. This will remove your details completely from our system.

Note that this is the English version of this site, meaning that subscribing through this page will cause you to receive emails from us in English. If you wish to receive emails in Turkish, you should subscribe via the Contact page on the Turkish version of this site.

If you apply for a subscription but fail to receive the confirmation-request message, you should attempt to subscribe again. If the system states that you are already on the subscriber list then please apprise the administrator of this by sending a conventional message using the form above.

Message Format

Please note also that we send all messages in HTML (web page) format in order to enhance your experience as a subscriber. However, and depending on the method by which you receive and read your email, you may find that your system displays such messages incorrectly.

We aim to minimise inconvenience for our subscribers, but we depend also on the characteristics of the many and varied email-readers that people use across the world. Given this, some email programs may display the HTML-versions of our messages incorrectly, irrespective of the way in which we format and encode those communications.

In the light of this, our emails always contain a 'plain text' copy of the message, along with the HTML version, as two parts of the same communiqué. This allows you to configure your email application to display the plain-text versions of our messages should it render the HTML versions incorrectly.
